Annette is a bonus editor here at the Personnel Club and with her posts will focus on how you as an employee in an organisaion can increase your influence and get closer to the decision-making process - regardless of whether you have formal management and leaderships responsibilities or not.

Annette is a management consultant in her own company and over the past 14 years has specialised in advising middle managers so that they become better at navigating in the cross-press of opposing influences. She has had a special focus on helping middle managers to practice the difficult art of leading upwards. A subject she has written two books about and co-authored a third.
