Mona Thygesen is the editor of the weekly recipe here at the Personnel Club. She says: "Rather good than a lot," and it is based on this philosophy that she creates her weekly inspirations.

Mona's focus is on the everyday nutrition, which as a general rule must be healthy and simple, and can be equated with building a pension savings account. The food we eat is decisive for whether we have the right fuel for the body and whether we are happy and satisfied. We eat with more than our mouths, so food should not only be healthy but also nourish all our senses.

Mona's passion for food has always been there. But her understanding of the diet's importance towards building a good health has increased over the years.

Mosa has a basic education as a social worker and has taught municipalities, companies, employees and clients how to find the way to health and strength. She has taught on a nutrition guidance course and has been a supervisor for students in the connection between body and mind. Today, she runs lifestyle consultancy from her own company www.monathygesen.dk and co-runs www.designmejeriet.dk together with Conny Ericon Andersen , where she runs courses in food and lifestyle.
